| 1) The trough of Blast Furnace No.5 of Bhilai Steel Plant lined with TRL castable has been giving more than 1.2 lakh ton through put in each campaign since last 2 years with a maximum throughput.of 1.48 lakh ton. |

| 2) Steel ladle (130T) of Durgapur Steel Plant lined with MgO-C bricks from TRL China gave an average performance of 74.50 heats against the average performance of 60 heats of competitors. |

| 3) Steel ladle (200T) of Bhilai Steel Plant lined with Tata FRT2 bricks gave an average life of 40 heats (maximum of 52 heats) as against average 26 heats of competitors. |
|
| 4) Steel ladle (150T) of Vizag Steel Plant lined with MgO-C bricks from TRL China gave an average life of 92.28 heats surpassing the performance of competitors. |
|
| 5) AOD converter (60T capacity) of ASP, Durgapur gave a record life of 50 heats with improved quality dolomite bricks and operational discipline. |
|
| 6) 160T converter of LD1, Tata Steel lined with MgO-C bricks from TRL, China gave a life of 4212 heats. This is the highest life so far achieved with TRL lining at LD1, Tata Steel. |

| 7) Vessel No.3 (130MT) of Durgapur Steel Plant (DSP) lined with MgO-C bricks from TRL, China gave a performance of 3199 heats against the performance guarantee of 2730 heats. This is the first converter in SAIL plant, which has been lined with TRL China bricks. This is the highest performance DSP has achieved in Vessel No.3 during last 3 years. |
