Technology Division is the nave centre of all activities
at TRL. It is Organized into three groups : Technology
groups, Testing group and a core R&D group.
The work of this division starts with assisting
the marketing division with handling of enquiries.
The technology group also selects the Products
required to fulfill a given order , based
on the Technical specifications. Process required
for the manufacture of different products
are also designed by the Technology Group
and then transferred to the production division.
The Technology Group assist in the production
through Quality Control and Testing , they
also have the responsibility of bringing continuous
improvement in the product quality and process
efficiency.
The Testing Group tests the in-coming raw
materials and inspects the final products.
The core R & D group works for the development
of new and improved products with lowest cost
to maintain a cost and
quality edge.
The Technology Division works to make TRL
the cost effective refractories manufacturer.
|
The main objectives of
this division are :
- Controlling the Quality of Raw materials.
- Investigation on needed refractories for domestic & export industries.
- Research on new technologies of refractories.
- Removal of obstacles and problems to improve the production technology.
|
Lab complex of this division
is composed of Mineral processing and sample
preparation, physical testing lab, chemical
testing lab.Laboratory trials are carried
out in technology workshop and pilot plant.
Also, this complex is equipped with knowledge
centre and Internet network.
